Data deletion
You can ask us to delete personal data we hold about you.
If you receive WhatsApp messages from a CA firm
- To stop messages, reply STOP on that WhatsApp chat.
- To have your number, messages and documents deleted, ask the firm, or email us with the firm's name and your phone number. We will confirm the request with the firm and delete the data.
If your firm uses our service
Email us from your registered address asking for deletion of your firm's account. We will give you a chance to export your data, then delete it.
How to request
Email mukul@deskautomation.in with the subject "Data deletion request", including your name, phone number and, if relevant, the firm's name.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request within 7 days.
- We delete the data within 30 days and email you a confirmation.
- Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept only as long as required.
